ComXo Website
Rebrand
A full brand and website redesign for ComXo, a B2B communications platform — modernising their visual identity and digital presence to reflect their market leadership.
Overview
The Challenge
ComXo is an enterprise communications company whose existing website no longer reflected the quality of their product or the confidence of their brand. The site was outdated, hard to navigate, and failed to communicate their value proposition to enterprise buyers.
The brief was to redesign the website from the ground up — new visual identity, new information architecture, new copy direction — while maintaining trust signals that matter to B2B audiences.
Process
How We Got There
Discovery
Stakeholder interviews, competitor audit, and user research to establish goals and constraints.
Sitemap
Restructured the information architecture to prioritise conversion and clarity for enterprise buyers.
Wireframes
Low and mid-fidelity wireframes explored layout options and validated structure early.
Final Design
High-fidelity designs with a refined visual system, delivered ready for development handoff.
Information Architecture
Sitemap
Rethinking the site structure was the first priority. The original navigation buried key content and created unnecessary friction for visitors trying to understand the product.
Wireframing
Wireframes
Mid-fidelity wireframes were used to test layout decisions with stakeholders before any visual design work began, reducing costly revisions later in the process.
Final Designs
The Result
The final designs established a confident, enterprise-grade visual language — clean typography, strong hierarchy, and a refined colour palette that communicates authority without feeling cold.
